This webinar will share insights gained from recent interviews with travel purchasers, travel service providers, and stakeholders, highlighting common challenges and best practices to date. In addition, it will provide an overview of 黑料正能量’s initial plans for a Business Travel 黑料正能量 Working Group and invite discussion to shape the effort.
