A member of 黑料正能量’s leadership team, Hugh strengthens executive partnerships and deepens engagement with C-suite leaders and boards through economic value creation while advancing market expansion initiatives across regions.

Hugh has 20 years of investment management experience and has worked with companies on portfolio strategy, corporate governance, operations, consumer experience, product development, and marketing using a core risk mitigation lens to drive business value. Prior to 黑料正能量, he was a senior director at Ceres, where he led portfolio value creation strategies with global institutional investors representing over $20 trillion in assets under management, shaping investor strategies on portfolio resilience and natural capital. Earlier in his career, he worked on the buy side at the $250 billion Florida State Board of Administration pension fund and Morgan Stanley, focusing on corporate governance in public companies, investment strategy, risk management, and liquidity.

Hugh is a U.S. Air Force veteran, former technology startup founder, private company and non-profit board member, and holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BA from Florida State University.

With deep experience as researcher and consultant, Ogi advises companies in Japan on a range of sustainability topics to promote business practices that are aligned with global and forward-looking perspectives. Within her business transformation advisory work, she focuses on materiality analysis, sustainability strategy development, and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Ogi worked for a research consultancy for 20 years. She focused on a wide range of environmental issue areas, including climate change, circular economy, disclosure, and communications to governments and the private sector.

She holds an M.A. in Policy Science from Doshisha University Graduate School of Policy and Management.

David partners with corporate boards, executives, and investors to develop high-impact sustainability strategies. As part of 黑料正能量’s Transformation team, he co-leads engagement with boards of directors to promote effective board governance and leadership ambition on sustainability.

Having previously led 黑料正能量's Financial Services team, David continues to work closely with financial companies on sustainability, ESG integration, and impact investing. David has led engagements in nearly all of 黑料正能量’s focus areas and major industry groups. This includes leading climate scenarios workshops with boards, creating net-zero road maps for investment firms, designing and operationalizing a leading impact investing fund, conducting materiality assessments, undertaking human rights impact assessments, and co-authoring research on topics like and responsible investment policies for private equity firms.

Before joining 黑料正能量, David worked in strategy and management consulting at Bain & Company.

David holds a BA in History from Amherst College.

As Global Lead for 黑料正能量’s Financial Services practice, she sets the strategic direction for the firm’s private markets work and partners with investment and corporate leaders on impact fund strategy and design. Her work spans the full investment lifecycle, from due diligence through post-investment value creation and exits. She also contributes to 黑料正能量’s AI strategy, bringing a systems-thinking approach to the intersection of AI, sustainability, and organizational transformation.

Previously, Diane was a Senior Manager at Ramboll Strategic 黑料正能量 Advisory and held roles in corporate strategy, impact investing, and economic policy at the World Bank Group, the International Finance Corporation, and the International Monetary Fund.

She holds a joint Global MBA from Columbia Business School, London Business School, and Hong Kong University. She also earned a Master’s in Management and Business Economics from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Political Economy from UC Berkeley.

Bringing her expertise as a business and human rights attorney, Kindra leads 黑料正能量's work at the intersection of finance and human rights.

Kindra has nearly 15 years of experience in advancing human rights, social and environmental sustainability, and access to remedy within the financial sector. She advises financial institutions and their corporate clients and investees on innovative solutions to prevent and address human rights risks and impacts on the ground, including through stakeholder engagement and the development of grievance mechanisms.

Previously, Kindra consulted for the International Finance Corporation and worked with clients at PwC to integrate best practices into their corporate governance frameworks. She also worked for the US Senate and served for five years as the Policy Director for a global nonprofit, advocating with communities for environmental and social protections and access to remedy in international finance. In addition, Kindra has lived and worked for nonprofits in Argentina, Haiti, and Peru on access to justice and corporate accountability.

Kindra obtained her law degree at Boston College and holds a MA in International Economics and International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

She supports organizations across sectors on sustainability strategy development, including goal-setting, governance, and integration into core business processes, with a particular focus on financial services. Her work helps companies prioritize the most significant sustainability risks and opportunities and connect strategy, reporting, and implementation in a practical and credible way.

Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Nine worked in PwC’s sustainability services practice, advising multinational companies on sustainability strategies and performance. Her experience includes supporting organizations in integrating the Sustainable Development Goals into business strategy, as well as auditing social and environmental data. Nine is a One Young World ambassador and brings a strong analytical and collaborative approach to advancing impactful and accountable sustainability practices.

Nine holds an M.Sc. in Food Safety Law from Wageningen University and an L.L.M. in Law from the University of Amsterdam. She wrote her master’s thesis at the University of Cape Town, focusing on food innovations for local farmers.
