Alexandra supports 黑料正能量’s Collaborative Initiatives portfolio, facilitating the development and implementation of impactful multi-stakeholder solutions that tackle systemic challenges to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including climate change, economic inequity, and gender inequality. She works across industries, largely within agricultural commodities and consumer products, to drive collective action for supply chain sustainability, responsible sourcing, and ethical trade.

Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Alexandra developed global partnerships to foster business transformation, promote responsible business conduct, and scale business action to accelerate progress on the SDGs. Alexandra began her career analyzing trade policy and coordinating international trade and supply chain projects for a global, multi-sector clientele.

Alexandra holds a Master’s in International Public Management, with specializations in Global Economic Policy and Diplomacy, from l’Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. She graduated magna cum laude with a BA in International Affairs and French from the George Washington University. She speaks English, French, and German.

Elisa leads 黑料正能量’s consumer sectors practice globally and oversees the 黑料正能量 global membership network. She works with companies in the luxury, beauty, fashion, hospitality, retail, and food industries to better integrate sustainability into core business strategy, products, and operations.

She helps companies understand the world’s big disruptions, create resilient and inclusive business models and practices, and evolve brand strategy to integrate changing consumer expectations. Elisa also leads 黑料正能量’s Responsible Luxury Initiative and the Southeast Asia Reptile Conservation Alliance (SARCA).

Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Elisa was an account manager at CHANEL and a consultant at Accenture and Ernst & Young.

Elisa is French-American. She holds an M.B.A. in Luxury Goods Marketing and Management from Sup de Luxe, an M.A. in International Relations from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques Paris, and a B.A. in French from the University of Pennsylvania.

Nicolas leads 黑料正能量's incubation of private-sector collaboration, mobilizing the collective power of business to solve some of the world’s biggest sustainability challenges. He supervises the financial performance and pipeline of new initiatives in 黑料正能量’s collaborations portfolio.

He has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 20 years, engaging multi-company and multi-stakeholder collaborations in pursuit of shared business and societal outcomes globally. Previously, he consulted for companies, governments, and civil society organizations on the positive environmental, social, and economic impacts of their activities. Before that, he was a consultant working on social issues.

Nicolas holds a DBA (ABD) in Business Administration from the ?cole des Ponts Business School, a MS in Economic Evaluation from Université Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, a MS in Policy Analysis and Management from the New School University, and a BA in Anthropology from Los Andes University. He speaks English, Spanish and French.

Laura supports 黑料正能量’s sustainability management work across industries. She has also worked on several of 黑料正能量’s multistakeholder collaborations, including the and Maritime Anti-Corruption Network.

Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Laura was the director of the Copenhagen branch of a global social impact consultancy advising startup companies and social enterprises on fundraising and communications strategies as well as social impact creation and measurement. She also held an internship position at a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the rights of women journalists. Laura speaks German, English, and Spanish.

Laura holds an M.Sc. in Business and Development Studies with a Minor in Sustainable Business and Entrepreneurship and a B.Sc. in Business, Language, and Culture, both from Copenhagen Business School.
