Giulio brings over 15 years of expertise in advancing corporate climate and nature work. A member of 黑料正能量’s leadership team, he leads the Climate & Nature team strategy and works with 黑料正能量 members across advisory services, collaborative initiatives, and grants implementation.
Giulio oversees 黑料正能量’s work on the future of climate action in an evolving landscape?, the application of Futures and Foresight work to Climate & Nature topics, and new business models that create business value while advancing people and planet goals. Since joining 黑料正能量 in 2018, he has focused on targets, strategies, and transition plans; climate risk and adaptation; value chains, including Scope 3 implementation through supplier engagement; business model transformation; and nature-based solutions strategies with social integrity.
He brings deep knowledge of the climate and nature ecosystem and landscape, having supported the development of the first as a member of the Expert Advisory Group. He also led and supported the development of widely used open-source guidance, such as the , Transform to Net Zero, and .
Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Giulio spent seven years with EcoAct between France and Kenya, focusing on climate advisory work on GHG mitigation, target setting and climate strategies, climate risk assessments, and carbon offset project development.
Giulio holds an MS in 黑料正能量 from HEC Paris School of Management. He also holds a double degree MS in Management and Industrial Engineering and a double degree BS in Technology and International Business from Politecnico di Torino and UIC Barcelona.

As Director, Collaborations, Charlene develops and implements strategies to engage 黑料正能量 member companies and other stakeholders in high-impact collaborations for sustainable development. She specializes in building collaborative approaches between consumer-facing companies and their value chains to embed long-term sustainability, build resilience in the face of disruption, and increase equity, inclusion, and justice.
Charlene brings over 20 years of experience in sustainability, systems change, futures, and collaboration. Prior to 黑料正能量, Charlene was associate director for sustainable value chains and livelihoods with global sustainability non-profit Forum for the Future, where she directed collaborative system change initiatives in cotton, tea and other commodities, and led strategy projects with partners across the fashion and textile, agricultural and food sectors.
Charlene has an extensive background in futures, including working with the UK government’s futures unit developing and testing strategies across government departments.
Charlene holds an MSc in 黑料正能量 and Responsibility from Ashridge Management College (UK), a BA in International Relations from the University of Puget Sound (US), and a Diploma in Organisation Development from Henley Business School (UK).

Aron is recognized globally as a preeminent authority on just and sustainable business. In addition to leading 黑料正能量, which has grown substantially throughout his tenure as President and CEO, Aron advises senior executives at 黑料正能量’s 300+ member companies and other global businesses and partners on the full spectrum of environmental, social, and governance issues.
Aron joined 黑料正能量 in 1995 as the founding director of its Business and Human Rights program. He later opened 黑料正能量's Paris office in 2002, where he worked until becoming President and CEO in 2004. Aron has served on advisory boards to CEOs at AXA, Barrick Gold, Marks & Spencer, Nike, Recruit Holdings, SAP, Shell, and he serves as a director of the We Mean Business Coalition and RISE.
Aron speaks frequently at leading business and public fora and is widely quoted in top-tier media, such as the Financial Times, Le Figaro (France), The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Axios, and Politico. He is co-author of the book Sustainable Excellence: The Future of Business in a Fast-Changing World, which spotlights innovative sustainability strategies that enable business success.
Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Aron practiced law in San Francisco and worked as a journalist at ABC News in New York. He holds a BA from Tufts University and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley.

Christine leads 黑料正能量’s Business Transformation team, helping companies to manage sustainability throughout their business and across their supply chains and to develop resilient business strategies that leverage insights from 黑料正能量’s Sustainable Futures Lab.
She works with companies across sectors and geographies to structure a sustainability management approach that mitigates risk and captures emerging opportunities, creating strategic advantage for their businesses, while contributing to a more just, sustainable world. Christine also co-leads engagement with boards of directors to promote effective board governance and leadership ambition on sustainability.
She brings over 20 years of experience in leading brand, sustainability, public affairs, communications, and reputation management with multinational corporations at the executive leadership level. This also includes overseeing corporate relations with external stakeholders, such as the World Economic Forum, the UN, European institutions, and investors.
Previously, Christine was Head of Brand Strategy at Nokia. She has also held major roles at Alcatel-Lucent and Alcatel, leading Brand and Corporate 黑料正能量 and European Affairs. Christine has also served on various boards, including as a chair of the Telecoms Industry Dialogue on human rights, as an advisory board member of Reuters Events 黑料正能量, as a member of the Alcatel-Lucent Foundation, and on the European Internet Foundation.
Christine holds a MA in History and a BA in History and International Politics from the University of Ottawa. She completed the Management Acceleration Program (MAP) at INSEAD, and she achieved the ESG Competent Boards Certificate and Global Competent Boards Designation (2021). She speaks English, French, Spanish, and Italian.

Julie serves as Manager of 黑料正能量’s Climate team, where she brings over 10 years of experience in corporate sustainability and climate action and supports 黑料正能量 members with their climate strategies.
After joining 黑料正能量 in 2021, Julie worked on multiple projects helping companies implementing TCFD recommendations, conducting climate scenario analysis (for the tech, financial and insurance industry), accelerating Net Zero transition, implementing just transition approaches (extractive industry) and scope 3 strategies (consumer goods sector). Since 2023, Julie manages 黑料正能量 grant-funded work dedicated to Climate Transition Plans.
Julie is also co-developing 黑料正能量’s work on alternative business models addressing the tension between business growth and sustainability targets.
Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Julie worked in Mazars’s sustainability services and risk practice, where she audited and advised companies on their ESG data and internal audit, control and risk approaches. During her time within Mazars, Julie also spent six months at the Mexico City office.
Julie holds a master’s degree in business from Kedge Business School and spent one semester at the University of Nottingham and another one at the University of Technology of Sydney. She speaks French, English, and Spanish.

Eileen directs 黑料正能量’s advisory and grant-funded work where climate intersects with human rights and equity, inclusion, and justice. She also supports companies with climate risk and scenario analysis, emissions reduction targets, and net-zero roadmaps. ?Eileen is 黑料正能量’s climate lead in the Asia-Pacific region, where she analyzed how climate change affects vulnerable nations, its people, and global supply chains. ?
Prior to joining 黑料正能量 in 2017, Eileen served as a sustainability consultant, supporting companies on sustainability strategy development, strategic stakeholder engagement, and environmental management. While working at a public policy organization, she gained experience in international development, climate policy analysis, and effective communications. ?
Eileen holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. ?

Paloma leads 黑料正能量’s work on Human Rights Standards, including standard-setting, knowledge management, and helping companies respond to emerging standards and regulation. She is also Senior Advisor to 黑料正能量’s Finance & Human Rights Practice.
Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Paloma was Advisor to the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights and Senior Consultant of the UN B-Tech Project, where she developed a vision for promoting the uptake of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights among investors and guidance on responsible investment in digital technologies. Prior to the UN, Paloma launched and led the Investor Alliance for Human Rights, where she developed thought leadership on the investor responsibility to respect human rights and supported stewardship engagements across industries. She also worked at the Danish Institute for Human Rights advising companies, governments, and civil society on business and human rights.
Paloma is a member of the US government’s Advisory Committee on Responsible Business Conduct. She sits on the Editorial Board of Developments in the Field of the Business and Human Rights Journal of Cambridge University.
She holds a Master of International Affairs (M.I.A.) in Human Rights from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University and a B.A. in Political Science, also from Columbia University.
Paloma is Chilean-American and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Beatriz is part of the nature and climate change teams, aiming at strengthening and developing 黑料正能量’s nature offering as well as tapping into the interconnectedness between these two areas and crafting solutions that uplift members’ climate and nature commitments and their overall impact.
Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Beatriz was the Consulting Director and Board Member at the Paris branch of a global social impact student consultancy, where she managed a range of missions, especially within the education, consumer, and financial sectors. She also worked for over two years as a public sector consultant at EY Madrid, where she mostly assisted public bodies in project definition, strategy, and implementation under the European Regional Development Fund scheme, participating in a wide array of projects focusing on social inclusion, the circular economy, green mobility, and smart cities.
Beatriz holds a MS in 黑料正能量 and Social Innovation from HEC Paris, a MS in Management Consulting from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a BSc in International Management and Modern Languages (IMML) from the University of Bath. She speaks Spanish, English, and French.

She is part of 黑料正能量’s Future of Reporting collaboration, a group of companies sharing reporting best practices and tracking the regulatory landscape in the US and EU.
Sophie brings years of operational expertise as an in-house sustainability management specialist across diverse industries such as hospitality, corporate services, logistics, manufacturing, etc. She also has experience in managing CSR foundations and engaging with NGOs and NPOs. Prior to that, she worked for EcoVadis, focusing on the analysis and sustainability scoring of supply chains.
Sophie holds a BSc in Anthropology and Environmental Management and an MSc in Environmental Science from The University of Western Australia. She is also an accredited Climate Fresk Facilitator.

?Richard is particularly experienced in supporting companies with their regulatory requirements where these touch upon human rights considerations, and has worked with many companies undertaking risk assessments required by the EU's Digital Services Act and UK's Online Safety Act.?
?Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Richard led the legal and policy team at Global Partners Digital, an international human rights organization focused on the impacts of digital technologies on human rights.?
Richard holds a LLB in Law and European Law from the University of Nottingham and is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales.

Jenny leads 黑料正能量’s human rights team and portfolio across consulting and collaboration. In addition to directing 黑料正能量’s Human Rights Working Group, Jenny leads human rights assessments and partners with companies to develop human rights strategies and stakeholder engagement plans. She works across industries with a focus on energy, technology, and conflict-affected and high-risk contexts.
Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Jenny worked at Mercy Corps for over a decade in field management and advisory roles to prevent and mitigate conflict, promote inclusive economic development, and build civil society capacity. As the organization’s first Peace and Governance Director in Myanmar and later as the Director of the Peace and Conflict technical advisory team, she designed and implemented programs to reduce violence, promote peace and development, and address critical and emerging threats like climate change, disruptive technology, and poor governance. She has experience in context analysis, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, project design and implementation, and strategic planning. Jenny has lived and worked in countries including Myanmar, Indonesia, Nepal, Israel/Occupied Palestinian Territories, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Central African Republic, and Cameroon.
Jenny holds a MA in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Kayla spent several years advising multinational companies and investors on human rights as an Adviser at the Danish Institute for Human Rights, during which she also served as a Lecturer in Law at the University of Amsterdam, focusing on Business and Human Rights (BHR), international human rights, anti-corruption, and EU law. Previously, she worked on global anti-corruption investigations and cross-border white collar litigations as an Associate Attorney at the international law firm King & Spalding LLP, where she was the founding member of the firm's BHR initiative.
Kayla holds a JD and a Certificate in Global Human Rights from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, which included course work at the Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement, and a BA, Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude from Tulane University.
