In this closed-door, interactive session, (TONZ) member companies will share their experiences and strategies for developing Climate Transition Plans. Hear first-hand how they are addressing challenges such as setting climate goals, securing internal buy-in, engaging suppliers, and integrating a just transition.

Rachel leads 黑料正能量’s Consumer Sectors team in the US, focusing on topics related to business transformation. She helps companies across a range of consumer-facing industries leverage sustainability insights and tools to drive innovation, create impact and build resilience in the face of market turbulence and disruptive global trends.

For the past 20 years, Rachel has worked at the intersection of sustainability and innovation, business development, advocacy, and cross-sectoral partnerships in the US, Europe and Asia. She has held leadership positions at the American Chamber of Commerce to the EU, the Clinton Global Initiative, the Hong Kong-based Climate Change Business Forum, and BASF. Rachel has advised the US and allied governments on the impacts of climate change on national security and has created sustainability crisis simulations for government, business and academic use.

Rachel has a BA from Tufts, a Masters in Public Policy from the School of Public Policy, University of Maryland and an MBA from Kellogg, Northwestern University.

Nina works with 黑料正能量 member companies across industries, on climate topics such as climate scenarios, TCFD, and decarbonization and net zero transformation.

Nina also works with companies across industries on developing robust sustainability strategies and conducting materiality assessments, among other topics.

Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Nina worked with a mission-driven consumer products company that makes menstrual products for women. There, she helped to create a long-term strategy to establish its leadership in sustainability, social impact, and health. In her early career, Nina worked at an environmental health advocacy firm in Maine and collaborated with industry leaders to remove harmful chemicals from food products. She also worked at a landscape architecture firm, promoting climate resilience through parks in New York City.

Nina holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health Sciences from the Yale School of Public Health, and a B.A. in Environmental Policy from Colby College.
