Johanna leads the global Operations team, overseeing cross-functional collaboration, team strategy and planning, and systems and processes. She is responsible for metrics and reporting and for internal processes related to 黑料正能量’s single-company consulting work. She also leads 黑料正能量’s project staffing function.
Prior to joining 黑料正能量, Johanna worked in both legal and grant administration.
Johanna holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
